This session will be a combination of DOE speakers, Stanford faculty, and industry experts. This strategy course shares frameworks and practices that enable insights into a diverse array of organizations that successfully execute complex programs. The DOE speakers will provide context for leading projects in the DOE environment with lectures and experiential exercises. This session will include the third of three courses taught by Stanford instructors.
