2022 PLI Event 6: Navigating to the Finish

Session Description

This session will be the final, culminating event for the PLI.  Participants will work with proven strategies and tools to manage contracts, resolve conflicts and bring stakeholders together to successfully complete complex projects.  Participants will be asked to reflect on their growth through the PLI experience and present their capstone projects to DOE leadership.  The cohort will also plan how to implement change in their work environment in the future and maintain ties with the PLI.
